Welcome to OutdoorGod (“OutdoorGod,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at www.outdoorgod.com, our mobile site, online store, and all related features, tools, or services we provide (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or engaging with any OutdoorGod services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

All shipping timelines and delivery estimates are approximate. We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses

  • Missed or refused deliveries

Returns, exchanges, and refunds follow our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site — including logos, trademarks, product designs, images, text, graphics, videos, and software — is owned by OutdoorGod or licensed to us.

You may not:

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

The Outdoor God mobile messaging service (“Service”) is operated by OutdoorGod. Your participation in the Service signifies your agreement to these SMS Terms.

We may modify or cancel the Service at any time without notice.

By opting in, you consent to receive automated, recurring SMS messages from OutdoorGod, including:

  • Order confirmations

  • Shipping updates

  • Account notifications

  • Promotions & marketing messages

  • Cart reminders

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies.
